A client approached the UD Filtration team with the following dilemma:
Equipment was not reaching their scheduled service intervals due to OEM Air Filter Element reaching an expected lifespan of 50 hours or less, due to blockage. The expected engine lifespan was only 1,000 hours
Frequent engine failures with dire operational consequences
The inability to plan for, or carry out preventative maintenance due to sudden failures
Unexpected, costly downtime of plant equipment

The solution:
UD Filtration consulted with the client and designed and installed a tailor-made system and program to address the concerns outlined.
An Air filtration system – NEZ-UDF Pre-filter with exhaust extraction was fitted to a client’s the vehicle.

The result:
Since fitment, the client has achieved a 300% plus element life
